Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For personalized, custom-made, or pre-order items, please allow 14-20 business days for production and processing before shipment. Delivery times are additional.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If a package is lost, delayed, or stolen during transit, claims must be submitted directly with the carrier.
